E.Elliott and G.James moved from upper Willamette Valley to Eugene in August 2012. The 1996 Buick Park Avenue has had regular good service for years. We were searching for good service. After reading all the phone book ads, and asking people where we do food shopping in the store for their opinion; I felt that maybe Stadium Automotive was worth a try. Actually, I wanted excellent service. When we brought the car in for an oil change, I asked many questions, looked at the cleanliness, order, and listened to the knowledgeable replies to my questions. I bated them with "up sell" opportunities and they corrected me, and did not attempt any "up sells" (no bogus service costs); these guys are very nice, professional in abilities, and friendly! They even put up with the 6 year old Owen (the terror-kid), and were very understanding. After performing the oil change, filter change, general overall "look see" of the condition and safety of the Buick; they made suggestions for additional repairs. I just did not have it in my budget at the time. We settled the bill, and we went on our merry way. BUT, something was different! The Buick actually ran better! I looked over the service billing, and found not extra items billed. (I'm suspicious like that) We were Happy! A while later, the suggested service needed to be completed; we made an appointment for repairs. As Seth the mechanic (das Auto Technician) explained, other work should be completed at this time, to save money on labor, and maybe reduce a Safety Risk, I agreed to the complete suggested service. During the service time, Stadium allowed me to use a nice loaner-car. When we received the bill for the repairs, it was higher than earlier discussed, But Wait! Tom called me each time with information and questions; nothing was done without my prior approval. Thank you, Tom and Seth; you guys provided Excellent Customer Service. The Buick left the shop running great! It still runs fine; but now it is time for the 5000 mile oil change.Guess What? We are returning to Stadium Automotive for Service! Having come to Eugene, and doing a little homework; we think we found an Excellent Auto Repair Shop. (and no, we did not know you sell tires, too.) This prior service period was from 09/10/2012 to 02/11/2013. Our first costs totaled $29.95; I supplied the synthetic oil. The second service totaled $1300.16 ; I considered purchasing a used car, but decided to invest in Buick. Therefore, my service costs per mile are about $0.27, plus gas and insurance. We are very pleased to have done business with Stadium Automotive. I hope all the new people moving to Eugene area read this praise. Trust is a Good Thing. G.James & E.Elliott & Owen 02/08/2013

Stadium Automotive has done work for us for several years. Most recently our Denali had a warning light come on. Took it in on a Tuesday and they had it back to us repaired on Wednesday. Great service and very knowledgeable. We have recommended them to our family and friends and will continue to do so. Thanks Stadium Automotive!!!

Tom is easy to talk to, right on with their diagnosis, and the car was done early and clean...both times I have visited them. A very different car repair experience for me.

Tom and the crew at Stadium Automotive did an excellent job of installing a wireless device in my car. They were professional, courteous and it works perfectly! Thank you so much for a great experience.

I have used Stadium twice for my Jeep first for a general tune up and it runs better than ever. The second was a follow up after I paid Firestone at Valley River $47.50 to diagnose why the blinkers weren't working and they told me I needed both a turn indicator switch and relay switch at a cost of $432.98. I told them I wanted a second opinion and Stadium diagnosed and repaired for $166.54 since I only needed the turn switch. Tom at the front desk is friendly, takes time to explain what needs to be done, and they are honest in their repairs! Highly recommend.
