Called in on Wednesday afternoon, they took my van in that day. Confirmed a diagnosis by Auto Zone (check engine light was on). I needed a headlight fixed and tire rotation too. Had my van back by Thursday. Best part, they granted me a loaner car so I could still get to work! Thank you!

They go the extra mile! Thought my car in for an oil change and they affixed my plastic protector (which had been scraping the ground) as an extra and free service, I didn’t even say a thing about it! 10/10 will return when need be

When my car was towed, I was referenced to come here. That day they were close to closing, so they gave me a complimentary "loaner car" to get around while my car was in the shop overnight. That was such a relief as I had work to get to! Early the next morning I was given a quote, which tells me they looked at my car first thing when they opened. They were able to get my broken fuel pump replaced by 2pm! Just like that I was back on the road! Quick, reliant, honest, and impressive service. Thank you!

I live in Las Vegas and my son goes to college out in Eugene! He has been having issues with his car and it is hard to trust anyone over the phone when it comes to auto service ! When I called , Joe answered the phone and his customer service was amazing! And was taken care of on the same day!! Thank you very much and we will be back!!!
