I like bringing my vehicle to you guys. I always feel like you will take good care of us. This last time I brought my truck in only because the transmission was doing something funky. I really didn't need a transmission fluid change but I was going to have that done so that the other issue would be easily accessible. When I was picking up my vehicle I asked about the transmission issue and they said it has an adjustment but that it couldn't really adjust. I wanted a much clearer detailed answer about what was going on with my truck and I did not receive that. Otherwise my rating would have been 5 stars!

Sorry to leave you confused Nick. Your truck has an electronically controlled transmission. There are no adjustments that we can do. Your description when you left made it sound like the torque converter lock out may have been engaging and disengaging. Any changes after the service?
